Paystation's new pricing for 2025
We have three main types of plans - our starter plan, our back office plans, and our ecommerce plans. You can use any service with any plan, but you’ll find that some plans will be more suited to the way you work, and will be more cost effective for your business.
Plans are effective from 1 March for new customers.
Starter
If you're getting started this is the plan for you - it’s a plan with a super low monthly fee where you pay for only what you use.
$15 per month, standard fees apply for all other services as outlined in the table below.
Back Office Plans
Plans built with back office processes in mind, these plans have slightly higher monthly fees but have lower processing costs for back office processes.

The new fees start to come into effect from 1 March 2025, and will appear on the invoice you receive in April. Note that some customers may not be billed at the new rates until April, which will appear on the invoice you receive in May.
