When your client opens the link, they are directed to a secure, PCI DSS-compliant Paystation page where they can enter their credit card details and pay instantly.

PayMe links offer fantastic flexibility for everyday business tasks:

• Fixed or open amounts: Set a specific dollar amount for an exact invoice, or leave the amount open so your customer can enter how much they are paying.
• Single-use or reusable links: Generate a single-use link for a specific invoice, or create a generic, reusable link that you can include on your emails or website for multiple clients.
• Collect custom information: Configure your links to gather extra details, such as customer names, invoice numbers, or reference codes, so your accounts team can reconcile payments easily.
• Branded payment pages: You can add your business logo by creating a custom hosted theme in your portal, giving your clients a familiar and trusted checkout experience.

If your business relies on Xero for invoicing, you can add a Paystation payment link directly onto your Xero invoices.

When your client receives their electronic Xero invoice, they can click the Paystation link and pay immediately using their debit or credit card. Money settles directly into your bank account, and because Paystation connects with all major New Zealand banks (including ANZ, ASB, BNZ, Kiwibank, and Westpac), you enjoy fast daily settlements.
